Admission to all classes will be decided based on counselling and screening sessions, whereas for ISC classes, it is based on the Board Examination scores cum interview
PROCEDURE AND FORMALITIES:
Registration: To be done Online @www.thevikasa.edu.in Please refer age criteria for registration.
Please mention your ward’s Name, Date of birth, and Parents name as on the Birth Certificate.
SCREENING AND COUNSELLING OF STUDENTS:
Students need to attend a personal interview and should qualify in the Screening Test, which will be conducted on a given date. (During the last week of January).
COUNSELLING OF PARENTS AND VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS:
Parents should attend a counselling
session with the Head of the institution and to submit the Birth Certificate,
Passport Size Photo, Aadhar, and Community Certificate of your ward.
Enclose the EMIS number along with the “Promoted” Transfer Certificate.
PROVISIONAL ADMISSION:
Provisional admission will be confirmed only after the completion of admission formalities and the fulfillment of the admission criteria.
PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEE:
There is NO ADMISSION FEE OR DONATION for admission at The Vikasa schools. However, you will be expected to pay the first semester fee to confirm the Provisional Admission of your ward in the school. Kindly refer to the school website for the detailed fee structure for all classes.
Payment should be made online only. No cash transaction is permitted at the school. School Transport Fee (Payable per semester as applicable)
RECEIPT OF ADMISSION LETTER:
The admission letter is to be
collected from the School Office after
completion of the admission formalities.
“Kindly note that the fees once paid is not refundable.”
